A two-sided marketplace that takes a homeowner’s request, charges the buyer, and routes the lead to the right contractor in real time — payments, messaging, and matching all running on infrastructure we built and maintain.

Live Stripe checkout with a custom coupon engine and admin-side refunds — money logic enforced server-side, never in the browser
Twilio SMS fan-out with per-message delivery tracking, so nothing fails silently
Meta CAPI + GA4 conversion pipeline with server-side dedup for clean attribution
Supabase Postgres behind a PgBouncer pooler, locked down with row-level security so no buyer ever sees another’s data
