A live lead marketplace — built and run end to end

A two-sided marketplace that takes a homeowner’s request, charges the buyer, and routes the lead to the right contractor in real time — payments, messaging, and matching all running on infrastructure we built and maintain.

  • Live Stripe checkout with a custom coupon engine and admin-side refunds — money logic enforced server-side, never in the browser
  • Twilio SMS fan-out with per-message delivery tracking, so nothing fails silently
  • Meta CAPI + GA4 conversion pipeline with server-side dedup for clean attribution
  • Supabase Postgres behind a PgBouncer pooler, locked down with row-level security so no buyer ever sees another’s data
  • Roughly 8,000 lines of Node across Netlify Functions, monitored daily on the paths that handle money
